Moose Skids Ice Cream
I made a vanilla ice cream yesterday and incorporated the brownie crumbles from my Brownie Bonanza. We had about a cup of crumbles, so I put them in the ice cream maker 10 minutes before it was done. It ended up turning the vanilla into chocolate, along with the crumbles. I checked it this morning and it's all set up and yummy.

I had a scoop for dessert tonight and it was sooo good! It has a good "mouthfeel" (I believe Ben & Jerry coined that phrase) to it, with the grainy bits of chocolate crumbs, along with succulent brownie chunks. I'm definitely making this flavor again.
