Don't drool too much!
Welcome to my culinary laboratory! This is where I like to experiment with ingredients and flavors that people can enjoy who will hopefully try some of the recipes I've included on this blog. It would be great if anyone has any favorite recipes or experiences they would like to share with me and my blog readers. I hope you enjoy what my blog has to offer. Please feel free to have a look and hopefully I will see you again.

On Golden Pond Mushroom Soup
I bought a vegan cookbook recently called La Dolce Vegan! by Sarah Kramer. This is the second copy that I've gotten because the other went missing. This is a one of our favorite recipes. I would suggest buying the book because it offers a lot of delicious and healthy recipes.

I had some last night for dinner and it was delicious. It was more like a stew, which was good, but I think next time, I may run it through the blender. Spring is here, so I think it should be less heavy. I may even add more broth to ensures that it doesn't get too thick.
