This is a tuna melt that I made today. It has albacore tuna, mayo, chopped onions, diced celery, and pepper. I used extra sharp cheddar cheese on top, sticking it under the broiler for almost 10 minutes. I served it with potato chips and garlic dill pickles. NOTE: A special thanks to my wonderful husband for suggesting making it for dinner last night, without which, I would not have had this delicious lunch today.
